How your code is calculated
The current Unix time is divided into 30-second windows. The decimal window number is encoded as ASCII, followed by the hex-decoded yooeKey. MD5 hashes those bytes; each of the first six digest bytes becomes a digit using byte % 10.
This follows your supplied algorithm. It uses your device clock, so keep automatic date and time enabled.
